Continued Weightloss for MY WEdding

I started the P90X Monday. Lets see how it goes. Me and my fiance have started it together. Today is day three. Maybe tomorrow I will redo my measurements. And post the log for the work outs here. As well as redo my virtual model.

Measured Up

Depressing. It is.
I decided if I am going to do the weighloss adventure i should measure up and compare every once in a while to see any change.

Waist:31


I just realized that for pants ive reached the Large section...I remember having a hard time shopping for small or xtra small...everything in large is on sale - thats the only upside.

Anyways, ive also noticed on my way to weight gain that my small , xtra small shirts are now replaced with medium - and in cheep stores, i am a large. Ridiculous...

I am still at 139, im trying to get lower. I have to add some type of working out. Hopefully i will get motivated for that soon. Before I graduate.

i am ashamed

Yeah.. so i been cheating and its all my bf's fault - i refuse to take any part in the blame. It helps me cheat with less remorse.

I went to the county fair recently and ate crap, but only two things I am not as bad as my boyfriend. To help me feel better I am going to write down what I had and what he had (the bastard is still skinny - but its the fair - if you dont ride rides you eat your ass off)

Boy freind:

The day after - i was really good, cause I had a small cup of potatoe soup and a turkey sandwich, with fruits - but i cheated with a 8oz coke.

Then after that - I decided that if I will be on a role - I might as well be committed. So at work I cheated by eating my first spicy chicken sandwich in a month with a coke and of course the fries. And before getting to work i stole my coworkers' fries hahaaha What they didnt notice.

On the positive side - I finally tried this soy milk that my brother drinks because there was no more 2% milk - and I was incredibly surprised at how delicious it was. Its this Silk blue carton milk made outta soy.

Its really tasty and its better than the real thing - or so they say.

INTRO TO THE JOURNEY

Let's start with my Virtual model. I just want to say this is fucked up...but before I do that embarrasing shit, I want to start at the beginning of all this obessession.
I have been on weight watchers for a while now. And have been keeping the whole food diary thing, eating healthier, counting my points (cause im on the flex plan), and lecturing my family on how they're all going to hell for eating all that greasy food in my face, and I still havent been able to start my exercises as of yet.

WEIGHT WATCHERS

Began: 2/12/07 starting weight : 147
looking: like a cow with tortilla face

2/19/07 weigh in : 145
looking: the same cow...but eating better
weight loss: 2

2/26/07 weigh in : 143
looking: still like i ate a cow whole
weight loss: 2

3/5/07 weigh in : 141.2
looking: wow - everyone keeps telling me my face is thinner...scales keeps going down and reached a 5lb marker. This just might be working for me
weight loss: 1.8

3/12/07 weigh in : 139.2
looking : better, some inch off my fat skins on my hips and thighs. Face looks thinner - I'm thinkin its about time I can actually see the difference.
weight loss: 2

3/19/07 weigh in : 138.2
looking: feel better about my success and looking like a million bucks (they are small tiny noticeable steps but its better than feeling like I did at 147 - my highest weight ever)
weight loss: 1

Total lossed so far : 8.8 lbs and counting..
